Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x1200mm tile is 0.72m², so a box works out at roughly £52.29 per m² (£37.65 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Calacatta Gold is a warm white marble effect threaded with grey and gold veins, here in a matt finish and a 600x1200mm plank. The veining is finer and more scattered than the bold gold colourway, giving a softer, more traditional marble look across a large wall or floor.

Two tiles per box cover 1.44m². The long format suits tall bathroom walls, open floors and kitchen runs with fewer joints, and it matches the 600x600mm and 300x600mm calacatta matt tiles if you want to vary sizes. A warm white grout keeps the surface reading as one piece.

It is rectified porcelain for indoor walls and floors. The matt face hides water marks and footprints better than a polished surface and does not need buffing, while the porcelain body resists stains and wear. It is a practical choice for a family bathroom or hallway.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Prepare a flat, primed background and use a flexible porcelain adhesive with a large notched trowel, back-buttering each tile for full support. Keep joints to 2 to 3mm with a warm white grout. Handle each tile with two people and check for lippage as you go.
