Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x1200mm tile is 0.72m², so a box works out at roughly £52.29 per m² (£37.65 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Polished to a high gloss, this 600x1200mm tile has a bright white base with light grey veins and a reflective surface that makes a room feel bigger and brighter. The plank length lets the veins travel further before a joint interrupts them, which suits a feature wall or a large floor.

A box holds two tiles, 1.44m² in all. The size is suited to full-height bathroom walls, shower enclosures and open floors in kitchens and living areas, and it can be mixed with the square and 300x600mm polished white tiles. Fewer joints mean less grout to keep clean.

Porcelain with rectified edges for indoor walls and floors. The polished face is dense and stain-resistant, and a wipe with a damp cloth restores the shine. As with any gloss tile it will show smears and dust between cleans, so it is best where you are happy to keep on top of it.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

A flat, level base matters more with this size than any other: check it and fill before tiling, then use a flexible porcelain adhesive with a large notched trowel and back-butter every tile. Joints of 2mm with a white grout keep the surface looking like one piece. Lift with two people.
