Hyannis Jungle Floral Satin Porcelain Wall Tile 600x1200mm (Box of 2 Panels)

Sold as a box of 2 panels. Each panel measures 600x1200mm.

Jungle packs the panel with layered tropical foliage in deep and bright greens, with little background showing through. It is the densest, most immersive design in the Hyannis set, and it suits a room that can take a strong wall: a bathroom with white fittings, a dining area or a bedroom.

Two 600x1200mm panels per box make a 1200x1200mm picture covering 1.44m². The leaves run off the edges, so boxes can be placed side by side to carry the jungle along a longer wall without an obvious repeat line. A single box makes a framed feature.

The panels are porcelain with a satin, semi-polished finish, for indoor walls. The print is part of the fired surface, so it is wipeable and unaffected by steam, which lets a wallpaper look go into a shower room. Made to order; allow around three to four weeks.

Specification

Working out how many you need

Measure the area or run you are covering, allow 10% extra for cuts and breakages, and order the full quantity together so everything comes from the same batch.

Fitting notes

Lay the panels out together first and mark the top edge of each. Bond to a flat, primed wall with a flexible adhesive rated for large porcelain, back-buttered and bedded without voids. Set the pair tight with a narrow joint and choose a dark green grout so the line disappears into the foliage.

Jungle is the densest of the nine Hyannis murals; shadow leaves, paradise, plumage, folk art, kentia palm, botanical, autumn and areca palm make up the rest, and each is sold as a box of two 600x1200mm satin porcelain panels. See every Hyannis tile.
