Kartell K-VIT Astley Towel Ring – Chrome (ACC147)

Kartell K-VIT Astley Towel Ring – Chrome (ACC147)

Astley is Kartell's traditional range, and its accessories carry the same period styling as the Astley close coupled toilet and Astley 2 tap hole basin: round stepped backplates and a polished chrome finish. Choose pieces from the set to give the whole room a matching look.

A chrome towel ring for a hand towel, usually fitted beside the basin.

Choosing and using it

A ring takes up far less wall space than a towel bar and keeps a hand towel within reach of the basin. Kartell list it at 155mm by 80mm.

Fitting

Fit it just to the side of the basin at about 1100–1300mm from the floor, so the bottom of the towel hangs clear of the basin edge and worktop.

Kartell supply fixings with it. Before drilling, check they suit your wall: plasterboard and stud walls need cavity fixings rather than standard plugs, and tiles should be drilled with a tile bit on a slow speed to avoid cracking.
