Kartell K-VIT Koncept Offset Quadrant Shower Enclosure – Chrome (All Sizes)

An offset quadrant enclosure has the curved front of a quadrant but with one side longer than the other, so it fits a corner where the two walls aren't equal. It's the shape to reach for where a bath has come out and left a long run of wall — you get the length for a comfortable shower while the curve keeps the floor open in front of it.

The Kartell K-VIT Koncept offset quadrant is a complete enclosure: two curved sliding doors and two fixed returns, 1850mm tall in 6mm toughened glass with a polished chrome frame.

No handing to get wrong

Both the doors and the frame are fully reversible — the same enclosure installs left or right handed. Unlike offset quadrant trays, which are handed and must be ordered specifically, you don't need to work out which way your corner runs before buying the enclosure.

Do still check the handing on the tray you pair it with. The tray is handed even though the enclosure isn't, and that catches people out.

Measuring up

The first figure is the long wall and the second is the short wall. Measure both at floor level and check each falls inside its adjustment range — there's roughly 20mm of tolerance on each side for walls that aren't true.

If your two walls are the same length, you want a standard quadrant instead.

Sizes, adjustment ranges and codes

You'll need a tray

The enclosure is supplied without a tray. It needs a matching offset quadrant tray in the same size, and in the correct hand for your corner. Kartell's Unity offset quadrant trays cover all four of these sizes in both low profile and anti-slip, each available left or right hand.

These are heavy — the 1200 x 900mm is nearly 52kg boxed — so plan for two people on delivery and again on fitting.
