The Kartell K-VIT Slim D Wrapover Seat is the premium D-shaped seat in the Kartell range. Moulded in duroplast rather than polypropylene, it has a noticeably slimmer profile and a more solid feel than the standard seat — the difference is obvious the moment you lift it.

The soft close mechanism lowers the lid gently instead of letting it drop, and the one-button quick release lets the seat lift straight off for cleaning. Top fixing means it can be fitted from above, without reaching behind or underneath the pan.

All of these are also available on this site with the seat included, which works out cheaper than buying the two separately.

Please check before ordering: pans with a projection of 630mm or more take the longer SEA630D instead. Seat shapes are not interchangeable between Kartell ranges — the square Options pans take SEA600OP or SEA601OP, and the universal pans take SEA001UN or SEA002UN.

Standard or Premium?

The SEA103D is the same slim shape in polypropylene at a lower price — a sensible choice for a rental or a second bathroom. This duroplast version is heavier and more solid, and better suited to a busy family bathroom.
