The Kartell K-VIT Plan range is round-bodied and quietly contemporary. This is the bath shower mixer: a deck-mounted bath tap with a diverter and a shower handset on a flexible hose.

What flow will I actually get?

Kartell publish real figures for Plan, which matters more on a bath tap than a basin one:

A standard bath holds roughly 150–180 litres to a comfortable level. So at 1 bar you're looking at around 8 minutes to fill; at 0.2 bar it's closer to 18. That's the honest picture on gravity-fed plumbing — it works, but you'll wait.

The same applies to the handset: at low pressure it's a gentle spray rather than a shower. If you want a proper shower over the bath on gravity-fed plumbing, you need a pump.

Bath shower mixer or plain filler?

This one has the diverter and handset. If you already have a separate shower and only need to fill the bath, a plain bath filler costs less and looks tidier without the hose.

Before you order

Uses 3/4" BSP connections, larger than the 1/2" on basin taps. The waste is sold separately.
