La Jolla Aqua Brick Effect Gloss Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile 300x600mm (Per Box of 7 Tiles)

Sold by the box – 7 tiles per box, covering around 1.26m². Each 300x600mm tile is 0.18m², so a box works out at roughly £38.25 per m² (£6.89 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Aqua sits between blue and green, lighter than cobalt and cooler than mint. Under the gloss glaze it has the slightly uneven, aged look of old glazed brickwork, with each brick in the pattern a touch different from its neighbour. In a bathroom it reads as a fresh, watery colour.

A 300x600mm porcelain tile printed with a brick pattern, so large tiles go up quickly but the finished wall looks like small glazed bricks. Seven tiles to a box cover 1.26m². It also comes in a squares pattern in the same aqua, which can be mixed in as a border or panel.

Rated for indoor walls and floors, in bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories and living rooms. It works on its own across a whole shower enclosure or as a colour band through the white brick tile from the same range.

Specification

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.26 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Fix with a cementitious adhesive, covering the whole back of the tile, and on floors use a flexible adhesive with no voids. Keep 2 to 3mm joints and check the brick pattern lines through at each joint. Use a grout a shade darker than the tile to keep the brick lines consistent.
