La Jolla Aqua Square Mosaic Effect Gloss Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile 300x600mm (Per Box of 7 Tiles)

Sold by the box – 7 tiles per box, covering around 1.26m². Each 300x600mm tile is 0.18m², so a box works out at roughly £38.25 per m² (£6.89 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

The squares version of the aqua tile swaps the brick pattern for a grid of small gloss squares in the same watery blue-green. Each square has its own slight shift in tone under the aged glaze, so the face looks like a hand-set mosaic rather than a printed repeat.

At 300x600mm it goes up as a standard porcelain wall tile, which makes a mosaic-look splashback or shower niche a quick job with no mesh to cut. Seven tiles per box cover 1.26m². Mix it with the aqua brick tile for a feature wall that changes pattern but not colour.

Porcelain for indoor walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories and living rooms, though the gloss surface is at its best on a wall. It is limited stock, so take the full amount for the job in one order and add a few tiles for cuts and breakages.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.26 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a cementitious adhesive with full coverage behind each tile and keep joints at 2 to 3mm so the tile joints match the printed grid. A grout close to the tile colour keeps the mosaic effect; a white grout will show the real joints. Blend tiles from several boxes.
