Sold by the box – 36 tiles per box, covering around 0.52m². Each 240x60mm tile is 0.0144m², so a box works out at roughly £54.04 per m² (£0.78 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Musk is the hardest colour in this range to pin down. It moves between a soft olive, a warm taupe and a faint blush depending on the tile and the light. No two pieces match exactly, and that is the point. Under the gloss glaze the colour has depth rather than a single flat tone.

At 240x60mm this is a small brick that can be stacked horizontally, run vertically or laid in a herringbone. It gives a bathroom a warm, calm feel and works well as a kitchen splashback where a plain neutral would look too cold.

A porcelain body makes it suitable for floors as well as walls, and the glossy face is easy to keep clean with a damp cloth. It is supplied in boxes of 36 tiles, each box covering around 0.52m², so a typical splashback needs two or three boxes.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.52 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a flexible tile adhesive suited to porcelain, applied with a notched trowel for full contact on floors. A 2 to 3mm grout joint suits this small brick. Mix tiles from three or four boxes at a time, as shades are meant to vary from piece to piece.
