Sold by the box – 36 tiles per box, covering around 0.52m². Each 240x60mm tile is 0.0144m², so a box works out at roughly £54.04 per m² (£0.78 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Softer than a pure white, this off-white has a touch of warmth that stops it looking clinical. The glaze is glossy and slightly uneven, with surface and edge imperfections that give the tile an aged, time-worn character. It suits older houses where a crisp white would look out of place.

The 240x60mm brick is a familiar size for splashbacks, shower enclosures and half-height bathroom walls. Try a herringbone to make the most of the shifting tones, or a plain half-bond with a pale grout for a quieter finish. Hallways and living areas suit it too.

The porcelain body means it can go on floors as well as walls indoors, so a cloakroom can be tiled top to bottom in one tile. A gloss surface is simple to wipe down and needs no sealing. Each box holds 36 tiles, about 0.52m².

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.52 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a flexible tile adhesive suited to porcelain, applied with a notched trowel for full contact on floors. A 2 to 3mm grout joint suits this small brick. Mix tiles from three or four boxes at a time, as shades are meant to vary from piece to piece.
