Multipanel Aspen Oak Vinyl Click Floor Planks – 1.84m² Pack (MCDCASP)

Multipanel Aspen Oak Vinyl Click Floor Planks – 1.84m² Pack (MCDCASP)

Multipanel Aspen Oak is a pale, cool-toned oak with a fine natural grain and a light Scandinavian feel. It is a 100% waterproof vinyl click flooring from Grant Westfield, the makers of Multipanel wall panels – designed to sit alongside Multipanel walls and fitted without any adhesive. Long planks with a realistic wood grain, laid like a traditional wooden floor.

Key features

• 100% waterproof – suitable for bathrooms, en-suites, kitchens and hallways
• Click-together joints – no adhesive and no underlay needed
• Can be laid over most flat, existing hard floors, including old tiles
• Hard-wearing 0.5mm wear layer with a ceramic bead coating
• Warmer and quieter underfoot than ceramic tiles, and easy to clean
• 30-year warranty

How much do I need?

Each pack covers 1.84m² (8 pieces). Measure the length and width of the room in metres, multiply them together to get the floor area, then add 10% for cutting and divide by 1.84. For example, a 2m x 1.8m bathroom is 3.6m²; adding 10% gives about 3.96m², so you would need 3 packs.

Fitting

• A floating floor – it must not be glued, nailed or screwed down
• The floor underneath must be flat, smooth and clean. Not suitable over carpet or on stairs
• Leave a 10mm expansion gap around the edges of the room and around pipes, then cover it with a trim
• Seal around baths, shower trays and toilets with 100% silicone sealant
• Leave the packs in the room for 48 hours before fitting so they settle to room temperature
• Cut by scoring with a sharp knife and snapping
• Not suitable for use with electric underfloor heating

Care

Sweep or vacuum, then clean with a damp mop and a mild detergent. Long periods of strong direct sunlight may cause slight fading.
