Sold by the box – 10 tiles per box, covering around 1.80m². Each 300x600mm tile is 0.18m², so a box works out at roughly £42.94 per m² (£7.73 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Dark anthracite in a satin-faced ceramic wall tile. The semi-polished surface stops the colour from going flat and gives a dark bathroom wall some life under spotlights. Stone markings are subtle and vary across the tiles, so a large wall has texture without an obvious repeat.

The 300x600mm rectangle is a practical size for a shower enclosure, the wall behind a bath or a kitchen splashback. Dark tiles make a small room feel enclosed if used everywhere, so many people run it on one wall with a paler tile elsewhere. Hallways and living areas can take it as a feature.

This is a ceramic for walls only and should not be laid on floors. Ten tiles per box, 1.80m². The matching anthracite 600x600mm porcelain covers the floor and there is a brick-relief decor in the same shade.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.80 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

This tile is for walls only. Fix with a flexible wall adhesive, keeping a 2 to 3mm joint, on a flat and dry surface. Set out from the centre so the cut tiles at each end are the same width. Mix tiles from several boxes as you go to even out any shade difference.
