Sold by the box – 3 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 600x600mm tile is 0.36m², so a box works out at roughly £52.22 per m² (£18.80 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Greige sits between grey and beige, and on this tile it comes out as a warm, muted stone that works with both cool and warm schemes. The surface is matt with soft tonal movement across it, closer to a honed limestone than a polished slab. No two tiles carry the same markings.

This is a 600x600mm square, so grout lines are few and the floor looks open and unbroken. It is a sensible choice for a hallway or an open-plan living and kitchen space where the same tile needs to run through several areas, and it also suits a bathroom floor and walls.

Made from matt porcelain, it stands up to foot traffic and is approved for floors and walls indoors. Boxes hold three tiles, 1.08m². A 300x600mm ceramic wall tile and a brick decor in the same greige are available for the walls.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Floors need a full bed of flexible adhesive with no voids under the tile; a 10mm notched trowel and back-buttering get there. Keep joints around 3mm and use clips or wedges to keep the surface flat. Walls must be rigid and strong enough to carry a large porcelain.
