The Pressalit MATRIX SMALL is a compact 600 x 490 mm wash basin with two handrails moulded into the front edge – a firm, easy-grip hold for support and a useful aid when standing up or sitting down. It is a popular choice for accessible bathrooms, care homes, hospitals, schools and Changing Places toilets where space is limited.
The ergonomic shape allows wheelchair access underneath and raised edges keep water on the basin. It is made from cultured marble with a high-polished, pore-free gel coating and is supplied with a drain fitting. Choose with overflow (supplied with overflow kit) or without overflow.
MATRIX SMALL fits Pressalit PLUS and VALUE wash basin brackets and SELECT wash basin lifters, the VALUE distance piece R1201000, or can be fixed directly to the wall with sanitary bolts.

How to choose
Pick R2020000 with overflow (supplied with overflow kit) or R2021000 without overflow. Both are white with white handrails.
What else you need
- A bracket – for a height adjustable basin use a Pressalit PLUS wash basin bracket, SELECT wash basin lifter or VALUE bracket. For a fixed basin use the VALUE distance piece R1201000 or sanitary bolts (wall mounting kit not included).
- A flexible feed and waste system for adjustable brackets – for example R2071, R2075 or R2077.
- An installation cover – Pressalit recommends R2057 when the basin is fitted to a SELECT lifter.
- A mixer tap – for example the TMV3-rated Pressalit RT623.

Frequently asked questions
Can it be fixed straight to the wall?
Yes – it can be wall-mounted with sanitary bolts, or on the VALUE distance piece R1201000 where extra space is needed below. The wall mounting kit is not included.
Which installation cover fits with the SELECT lifter?
R2057 is the SELECT installation cover for MATRIX SMALL basins.
With or without overflow?
Choose the overflow version for a plug-and-fill basin. Choose the version without overflow where the basin will be used with running water only – for example where a plug is not wanted – and fit a drain fitting suitable for basins without an overflow.
How do I clean it?
Use hot water or a mild soapy cleaning agent, then wipe with a soft cloth wrung out in clear water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the gel-coated surface.
