The Pressalit MCT 3 is a mobile, mains-powered change trolley with electric height adjustment, two fold-down safety rails and a wired remote control. It gives carers a stable platform for changing adults or children lying down, and moves easily between rooms so it can be shared by several users.
Four lengths are available, from a compact 1450mm lying surface for children to a full 2100mm for adults. Pressalit designs the MCT 3 for schools, institutions, hospitals and private homes, and it suits Changing Places toilets and care settings where a mobile changing surface is needed.

- 500mm electric height range – from 450mm to 950mm, operated with a wired remote; the trolley is plugged into the mains to adjust.
- Access from all sides – rails fold down so the carer can reach the user from every side.
- One-hand drop-down rails – ergonomic rails with a lowered central section make transfers, changing and dressing easier, and let the carer keep eye and physical contact with the user.
- Cut-out grips – grips in the rails let users help when being turned, supporting independent movement.

- 200kg maximum user weight – IPX6-rated Linak actuator, control box and remote.
Choosing the right option
Choose the lying surface length to suit the users: 1450mm and 1700mm for children and smaller adults, 1900mm and 2100mm for full-length adult support. Outer width is 750mm.
- Mattress sold separately – Pressalit's navy blue MCT mattress comes in matching lengths (695 x 1440, 1680, 1880 and 2080mm).
- A spare body belt and a replacement wired remote (RP00011) are available separately.
- Needs a mains connection for height adjustment. For battery operation choose the MCT 2; for a foot-pedal version choose the MCT 5.

Does the MCT 3 run on a battery?
No – the MCT 3 must be connected to the mains to adjust the height. The MCT 2 is the battery-powered alternative.
