Pressalit PLUS Wall Track for Horizontal Mounting – Anthracite Grey, 600 mm to 3900 mm (R9806)

Pressalit PLUS Wall Track for Horizontal Mounting – Anthracite Grey, 600 mm to 3900 mm (R9806)

The Pressalit PLUS horizontal wall track is the backbone of a flexible accessible bathroom. Fixed once along the wall, it lets you hang PLUS support arms, PLUS shower seats, backrests and PLUS wash basin brackets on a single rail and slide each product sideways to exactly where the user needs it – then move it out of the way again for a carer, a wheelchair or a different user.

The track spreads the weight of everything mounted on it along its full length, and a snap-on anthracite grey cover plate hides the bolts and cables for a clean, easy-to-wipe finish. It is available in twelve lengths from 600 mm to 3900 mm so you can run it behind a single basin or along a whole wall.

Key features & benefits

• Slide PLUS support arms, shower seats and basin brackets sideways to bring them within reach – or push them out of the way
• Spreads the load of mounted products along the full length of the track; maximum load up to 1000 kg depending on wall type
• Anthracite grey polystyrene cover plate conceals bolts and cables for a neat, hygienic finish
• Products lock onto the track with intuitive locking functions and can be removed and re-used elsewhere
• Makes better use of space and reduces the need to re-adapt the room for each new user
• Anodised aluminium construction designed for an expected service life of 10 years with normal cleaning and maintenance
• 5-year Pressalit warranty against material and manufacturing defects

How to choose the right length

Measure the run of wall where you want products to be able to move. As a rule of thumb, allow enough track for every product you plan to hang on it, plus the distance you want each one to travel. A single wash basin bracket or support arm can sit on a 600–1200 mm track; a wall combining a basin, support arm and shower seat will usually need 2400 mm or more. If you are unsure, call us with your room layout and we will help you specify it.

What else you need

• Mounting kit – not included. The correct fixings depend on your wall type (brick, concrete, aerated concrete or stud). Pressalit's technical datasheet lists the right kit for each wall.
• Products to mount – PLUS support arms, PLUS shower seats and backrests, and PLUS track-mounted wash basin brackets are all designed for this track.
• Safety stop RT761 – an optional end stop for the horizontal track.
• For vertical (height) adjustment of support arms and seats, see the PLUS vertical wall tracks.

Frequently asked questions

Is the mounting kit included?

No. Pressalit supplies wall fixings separately because the right kit depends on the wall construction. The technical datasheet lists the correct kit for each wall type.

Which products can I hang on the horizontal track?

PLUS support arms, PLUS shower seats and backrests, and the track-mounted PLUS wash basin brackets. Each can then be slid sideways along the track.

Can I cut the track to length?

Pressalit supplies the track in fixed lengths from 600 mm to 3900 mm. Choose the nearest length that suits your wall – call us on 0333 772 4162 if you need help.

How do I clean it?

Use hot water or a mild soapy cleaner, then wipe with a cloth rinsed in clear water. Avoid chlorine-based, corrosive or abrasive products.
