Sold by the box – 20 tiles per box, covering around 0.80m². Each 200x200mm tile is 0.04m², so a box works out at roughly £38.25 per m² (£1.53 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A plain charcoal square with a matt glaze, 200x200mm. It is the solid version of the anthracite terrazzo and matches its ground colour. Used alone it makes a strong, graphic floor or wall, and the matt face keeps the dark tone from turning into a mirror under spotlights.

On a bathroom floor it hides marks well and sets off white sanitaryware; as a kitchen splashback it works behind pale or timber units. Pair it with the anthracite terrazzo for a checkerboard, or use the plain tile as a dark frame around a lighter terrazzo field. Hallways suit it too.

Ceramic, matt, rated for walls and floors indoors, in bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and living areas. Twenty tiles to a box, 0.80m² of coverage, supplied in full boxes only. The glazed surface needs no sealing and is simple to wipe down, even in a dark colour.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.80 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Lay with a flexible tile adhesive, fully bedded on floors so no tile rocks. Joints of 2 to 3mm. A dark tile shows pale grout haze, so wipe the surface down carefully as the grout cures. Pull tiles from two or three boxes at once to even out any shade difference.
