Provincetown Anthracite Terrazzo Effect Matt Ceramic Wall & Floor Tile 200x200mm (Per Box of 20 Tiles)

Sold by the box – 20 tiles per box, covering around 0.80m². Each 200x200mm tile is 0.04m², so a box works out at roughly £38.25 per m² (£1.53 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Anthracite is the darkest of the terrazzo tiles: a deep charcoal ground with paler chips scattered through it, so the speckle shows clearly against the dark base. The matt finish stops it looking like a polished composite and keeps the surface soft under light.

Small 200x200mm squares in a dark colour suit a bathroom floor with pale walls, a kitchen splashback behind light units or a hallway floor that takes dirt without showing it. Paired with the plain anthracite tile it can be chequered, or the terrazzo can run as a border around a plain field.

Ceramic with a matt glaze, approved for indoor walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and living areas. Boxes hold twenty tiles and cover 0.80m², and the tile is supplied in full boxes only. There is nothing to seal, and the surface wipes clean.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.80 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Fix using a flexible adhesive, fully bedded on floors. Grout joints of 2 to 3mm. With a dark tile, pick the grout colour deliberately: close to the tile for a quiet floor, or pale for a strong grid. Work from several boxes so any shade variation is spread.

Anthracite is the darkest of the five Provincetown colours; white, beige, grey and green complete the set, and every colour is made as both a terrazzo-effect and a plain 200x200mm matt ceramic tile. See every Provincetown tile.
