Sold by the box – 20 tiles per box, covering around 0.80m². Each 200x200mm tile is 0.04m², so a box works out at roughly £38.25 per m² (£1.53 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A white ground scattered with small chips in contrasting colours, in the manner of a poured terrazzo floor. The chips are irregular in size and spacing, so the pattern does not repeat obviously across a wall or floor. The matt surface keeps the look soft rather than glassy.

A 200x200mm square is a small format, and that suits terrazzo well: the speckle stays in scale and the grid of joints becomes part of the design. Use it on a bathroom floor, a shower wall, a kitchen splashback or a hallway floor. Mixed with the plain white tile it makes a checkerboard.

Ceramic and matt, rated for walls and floors indoors. Each box holds twenty tiles, which covers 0.80m². The chips are printed into the glaze, so there is nothing to seal and the surface wipes clean.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.80 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Ceramic, so a standard flexible tile adhesive is fine. Use a full bed with no voids where it goes on a floor. A 2 to 3mm grout joint suits a 200mm square. Mix tiles from a few boxes. If combining with the plain tile, set both out on the same grid.
