Savannah Sand Stone Effect Matt Porcelain Mosaic Wall & Floor Tile 300x300mm (Per Box of 11 Sheets)

Sold by the box – 11 sheets per box, covering around 0.99m². Each 300x300mm sheet is 0.09m², so a box works out at roughly £164.65 per m² (£14.82 a sheet). We only supply full boxes.

Shower floors, niches and basin splashbacks are where this sand mosaic earns its place. The 300x300mm mesh-backed sheet is made up of small square porcelain pieces in the warm beige aged-stone finish, with the fine sediment markings varying from piece to piece for a natural, broken-up surface.

Because the colour matches the plain sand tiles in the Savannah range, the mosaic can run straight into a 300x600mm wall or a 600x600mm floor without a visible change in tone. The small format follows the gradient of a wet-room floor and the extra grout lines add grip underfoot.

The porcelain pieces are dense and unaffected by water, so the sheet is suited to wet areas as well as dry walls indoors. It is sold by the box of 11 sheets, covering 0.99 square metres; each sheet covers 0.09 square metres.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.99 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Spread a flexible porcelain adhesive thinly, lay the sheet mesh-side down and tamp it flat with a float so no piece sits proud. Match the spacing between sheets to the spacing between pieces. On a shower floor use a waterproof tanking system beneath. Grout with a flexible grout and wipe clean promptly.
