Sold by the box – 25 tiles per box, covering around 0.25m². Each 70x140mm tile is 0.01m², so a box works out at roughly £60.40 per m² (£0.60 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Forest green is a deep, saturated shade that looks almost black at the edges of a tile and glows where the gloss catches the light. The 70x140mm brick has the slightly uneven face of a hand-pressed tile, so a wall of it has depth and movement rather than a flat block of colour.

Boxes of 25 cover 0.25m². It suits a kitchen splashback against wooden worktops, a bathroom feature wall behind a basin or a cloakroom in a vertical stack. Paired with the white brick from the range it gives a crisp two-tone scheme; with brass fittings it goes warm and rich.

It is a glazed ceramic made for indoor walls. It is light and simple to cut, and the glossy glaze is non-porous so it wipes clean. Shade and sheen vary from tile to tile, which is intended; mixing boxes as you lay spreads that variation across the wall.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.25 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Bond to a flat, dry wall with a standard tile adhesive, trowelled with a small notch. Keep joints at 2 to 3mm; a dark green or charcoal grout keeps the colour continuous, a pale grout outlines each brick. Draw tiles from several boxes and wipe grout off the gloss promptly.
