Sold by the box – 10 tiles per box, covering around 1.80m². Each 300x600mm tile is 0.18m², so a box works out at roughly £24.94 per m² (£4.49 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A soft white stone effect with a matt surface and a light, natural grain, in a 300x600mm ceramic wall tile. It is a quiet, flat tile designed to be the plain partner to the white split-face decor, so the two can share a wall without any change in colour.

Ten tiles per box cover 1.80m², a generous amount for a budget wall tile. The 300x600mm format suits bathroom walls, kitchen splashbacks and living-room feature walls, laid in a horizontal brick bond or a straight stack. Fewer tiles per square metre means quicker fixing.

It is a glazed ceramic for indoor walls, not floors. It is light and easy to cut, and the matt glaze wipes clean without showing smears. Use it on the main walls and introduce the split-face decor as a band or a single panel for texture.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.80 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Fix to a flat, dry wall with a standard ceramic wall adhesive, combed with a 6mm notch, and back-butter if the wall is slightly uneven. A 2 to 3mm joint with a white or light grey grout suits the stone look. Set out from the centre and mix tiles from several boxes.
