Sold by the box – 3 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 600x600mm tile is 0.36m², so a box works out at roughly £46.02 per m² (£16.57 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

On a hallway floor this beige matt porcelain gives a warm, sandy base that hides dust and footprints. The 600x600mm square keeps joints to a minimum, and the natural finish stays consistent under any light.

Three tiles fill a box covering 1.08m². Lay it in a straight grid; the rectified edge allows 2-3mm joints and a beige grout blends them away. It also suits kitchens and bathrooms. The matt face hides dust and footprints better than a polished tile.

Full-bodied porcelain with the beige running through, so cut edges match the face. Rated by the manufacturer for walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories, hallways and living areas, and for commercial use. Chips and cuts show the same beige as the surface, so edges stay tidy.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Lay on a flexible cementitious adhesive with a solid bed, back-buttering each tile. Grout at 2-3mm in beige and clean the matt surface before the grout dries. Check the floor is flat and mix tiles from several boxes.
