Sold by the box – 3 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 600x600mm tile is 0.36m², so a box works out at roughly £52.22 per m² (£18.80 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

In a hallway or living room, this polished beige gives a warm, reflective floor without pattern. The sheen softens the beige to a creamy stone-like tone under light. It works with timber doors, cream walls and brass.

Each box holds three 600x600mm squares and covers 1.08m². A straight grid layout suits the format, and the rectified edge allows a 2-3mm joint. Use a beige grout so the floor reads as a single surface.

Full-bodied porcelain stoneware, so the colour is the same through the tile. Rated by the manufacturer for walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories, hallways and living areas, in residential and commercial settings. The polished beige does not show dust the way a dark polished tile does, so it stays presentable in a busy hallway.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Start with a flat base and use a flexible porcelain adhesive with a full bed. A levelling clip system keeps the polished face flush. Grout with a beige grout at 2-3mm and clean off before it dries. Mix tiles from several boxes across the floor.
