Sold by the box – 3 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 600x600mm tile is 0.36m², so a box works out at roughly £52.22 per m² (£18.80 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A mid grey porcelain with a polished face, in a 600x600mm square. The sheen lifts the grey and reflects light across a floor, which suits a kitchen or hallway that needs to feel larger. The tone is a plain neutral grey.

Three tiles to a box covering 1.08m². The large square needs few joints and lays in a simple grid. Rectified edges mean a 2-3mm joint with a matching grey grout keeps the floor looking continuous.

The tile is full-bodied porcelain stoneware, so cut edges match the face. The manufacturer lists it for walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories, hallways and living areas, in homes and commercial spaces. Mid grey hides dust and footprints better than either white or black, so the polished face stays presentable between cleans.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Lay on a flat, sound base using a flexible cementitious adhesive and a full bed. Use clips or wedges to avoid lippage on a polished surface. Grout at 2-3mm in a mid grey and wash off before it hazes the polish. Keep grit off the face while fitting.
