A white porcelain with a semi-polished finish that bounces light around a room. The sheen is soft rather than mirror-like, which keeps the white from glaring under spotlights. Use it where you want a bright, light-reflecting surface, such as a small bathroom or a shower enclosure.

Two tiles of 600x1200mm make a box covering 1.44m². The size suits full-height wall cladding and large floors where you want as few grout lines as possible. Pair it with the matt version on the floor and the polished on the walls for a subtle contrast.

The body is full-bodied porcelain stoneware with rectified edges, which is why the joints can be so tight. The manufacturer lists it for walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories, hallways and living areas, from homes through to commercial fit-outs.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Protect the polished face from grit and tools while fitting, and lift adhesive off the surface before it sets. Use a flexible porcelain adhesive, solid bed on floors with back-buttering. Rectified edges allow 2-3mm joints; a white grout keeps the look continuous. Dry-lay first to settle the cuts around the room.
