The Pressalit PLUS 90° angled handrail combines a horizontal and a vertical grab rail in one continuous L-shaped rail. Fixed beside a toilet, bath or shower, it gives a horizontal hand-hold for support while seated and a vertical section to hold while standing up or steadying in the shower – ideal for accessible bathrooms, Changing Places toilets, care homes and hospitals.

Choose the compact 400 x 475 mm rail or the taller 400 x 900 mm rail, in a right-hand or left-hand version and four colours.

Buying guide

Which size? The 400 x 475 mm rail suits beside a toilet or basin. The 400 x 900 mm rail has a taller upright that reaches standing height – useful in showers, and it can carry the PLUS shower head holder (RT600).

Left or right? Pressalit codes the rails by hand: RT114 and RT118 are right-hand versions, RT115 and RT119 are left-hand versions. If you are unsure which you need, call us on 0333 772 4162.

Are the wall fixings included?

No – Pressalit supplies the mounting kit separately so the fixings can be matched to your wall (brick, concrete, plasterboard and so on). Call us on 0333 772 4162 and we will help you choose.

Can a shower head be fitted?

Yes – Pressalit's PLUS shower head holder (RT600) is designed to fit the 400 x 900 mm angled rails (RT118 and RT119).

How should the rail be cleaned?

Use hot water or a mild soapy cleaner and wipe with a soft cloth wrung out in clean water. Avoid chlorine-based, corrosive or abrasive cleaners.
