Kartell K-VIT Ottone L Shaped Bath Screen for Elite Baths – Brushed Brass (BRASS-LS)

An L-shaped bath has a wider showering end, and it needs a screen shaped to match — a straight screen leaves a gap where the bath steps out. This is the Kartell K-VIT Ottone screen made for the Elite L-shaped bath: 6mm toughened glass in a brushed brass frame, with concealed fixings.

Check your bath first

This is the single thing to get right. The screen is shaped for Kartell's Elite L-shaped bath and adjusts between 780mm and 820mm (plus or minus 10mm). It is not a universal L-shaped screen — other L-baths have different step positions and radii, and the screen won't sit right on them.

If you have a Tetris L-shaped bath, you need the Tetris version, which is chrome only.

Why brushed brass

Brushed brass is the warm metallic that has largely replaced chrome at the higher end — softer and less reflective than polished brass, and it doesn't date the way shiny gold does. It works best as part of a coordinated scheme, and Kartell make a matching Ottone bath filler, bath shower mixer and shower valve.

Concealed fixings

The wall bracket and fixings sit within the profile rather than proud with visible screw caps — worth having on a finish this visible.
