Kartell K-VIT Koncept L Shaped Bath Screen for Elite Baths – Chrome (KONLE)

An L-shaped bath has a wider showering end, and it needs a screen shaped to match — a straight screen leaves a gap where the bath steps out. This is the Kartell K-VIT Koncept screen made for the Elite L-shaped bath, in 6mm toughened glass with a chrome frame and concealed fixings.

Check your bath first

This is the single thing to get right. The screen is shaped for Kartell's Elite L-shaped bath. It adjusts between 780mm and 820mm (plus or minus 10mm), which covers the Elite's showering end, but it is not a universal L-shaped screen — other manufacturers' L-baths have different step positions and radii, and the screen won't sit right on them.

If you have a Tetris L-shaped bath rather than an Elite, you need the Tetris version instead — different shape, and it comes with a towel bar.

If you're not sure which bath you have, measure the width of the showering end at the top edge and check it falls in the 780–820mm range, then compare the shape of the step against the product photo before ordering.

Concealed fixings

The wall bracket and fixings are hidden within the profile rather than sitting proud with visible screw caps. It's a small detail that makes a noticeable difference on a screen you look at every day.

Living with it

The glass has an easy-clean coating, so water beads and runs off rather than drying into limescale spots. It still wants an occasional wipe, but far less often than untreated glass.
