The Kartell K-VIT Plan range is round-bodied, round-spouted and quietly contemporary — no sharp edges, no statement styling. It's the middle ground of the Kartell line: better made and better looking than the budget G4K, without the price or the commitment of a designer finish.

What flow will I actually get?

Kartell publish real figures for Plan, which is unusual and genuinely useful if you know your pressure:

For context, a basin tap feels comfortable at around 6 l/min and generous above 10. So on a gravity-fed system with a metre or two of head, expect it to work but not gush. On a combi or mains, it'll be plenty.

Living with it

The ceramic disc cartridge with quarter-turn operation gives full flow from a small movement of the lever, and is far less prone to dripping than a washer tap.

Polished chrome needs nothing more than a wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and don't leave limescale remover to soak.

150mm high, 52mm wide, 136mm deep — a standard-height basin mixer, suited to a rim tap hole rather than a countertop bowl.
